Recently, Metro 2033 offered something new with references to Russian names and locales.
Launched today, Just Cause 2 brings the limelight to Southeast Asia and while it is set on a fictitious island of Panau (which means ‘sunburn’ in Malay), I think this is the first time we see characters and locations in the game named in Malay.
In my first 30 minutes into the game, I come across words like ‘Kem Gunung Dataran Tinggi’, ‘Tanah Raya’, and ‘Selamat Jalan…’
